Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds cannot be issued on the order of any product/service under any circumstances, once the details are submitted. It requires a lot of effort in analyzing and preparing the report to provide the numerology report you ordered so we have no refund policy once the order is placed, so customers are requested to order carefully and with full consideration.
We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. liveluckier.com will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. However, if you email us at hi@liveluckier.com within 3 hours of ordering the product/service, we will consider the changes to be made.
No refund scenario
- Buyer has accessed the report or digital material.
- Buyer doesn't want it after they've downloaded the material or report or digital content.
- The item did not meet their expectations.
- Buyer is not satisfied with the current feature availability of the product or report
- Buyer simply changes their mind.
- Buyer bought an item by mistake.
- Buyer do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
- Buyer asks for goodwill.
- Buyer can no longer access the item because it has been removed.
- No refund will be offered after order is processed
- Buyer submitted the wrong information and didn’t inform us before preparing the report
Delays in delivery of the report. The timelines displayed on the site for delivery are approximate and it may take 7-10 days or more depending on the order queue. We will try our best to deliver as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as biases for refunds.
Force Refund
We hold the authority to refund buyer purchases by force without any request from the buyer end.

Although we have no refund policy and by force we held all the rights but still if we process any refund based on criteria specified in the above section “Refund Policy” will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by liveluckier.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
